CARPET OF WHITE FLOWERS

Early November we successfully flowered the whole plantation ready for the development of our 2018 crop. Each flower lasts only 4 or 5 days, and after dropping off leaves a tiny pin head that will eventually grow into a coffee cherry. This is a really special moment on the Dimbulah Mountain Estate plantation. The scent in the air is intoxicating.
