Lost & Found – Dimbulah Coffee

We would like to remind all our valued customers to ensure you have all belongings when you leave our café.

In the event that you lose your belongings at one of our Dimbulah Coffee cafés, we will do our best to assist you in locating them. However, we are not responsible for the loss or damage caused to them.

To report lost or found items at a Dimbulah Coffee café, please contact us at feedback@dimbulah.com between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) with the following information:

  1. A description of the lost item;
  2. Date and time of the visit to our café;
  3. Location – Dimbulah Coffee café address and where you lost your item;
  4. Your contact details – name and mobile number.

All recovered items not claimed after 3 months will be disposed or donated to charity.
